We recommend beginning with 2 doses per day, once in the morinng and once in the evening close to or with food. You may reduce the dose to once per day after day 5 of treatment or once you are feeling better and your symptoms resolved. It typically takes 1-3 days for positive effects to be noticed and up to two weeks to dissolve stones up to 2.5cm or 1" in size. Additonal time may be needed for larger stones. 
The formula should be taken for a period of two weeks to dissolve and expel as many stones as possible.
A single dosage is 1 tablespoon of raw powder simmered gently in 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water for ten minutes then left to cool for 30 minutes before straining and serving. No need to drink the residue of the powder. You may add honey or other sweeteners to the finished drink to improve it's taste.
