Ready made formulas available for immediate shipping are able to be returned unopened and in original condition within 30 days for a refund.

Custom made formulas for specific individuals are not eligible for return or refund.

Opened bottles are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged bottles are not eligible for return or refund.
