Traditional treatments, like surgery, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, have improved the outlook for many patients. This formula is not designed to replace medical oncology treatments, it is to be used as an integrated therapy during the oncology process. This formula can be used alongside immunotherapy as ingredients have been shown to improve the effectiveness of immunotherpay drugs such as pembrolizumab (Keytruda) and nivolumab (Opdivo) by inhibiting PD-1/PD-L1 axis (1)(2)(3) and increasing sensitivity to these drugs. Additonally ingredients are known to reduce immunotherapy toxicity and side effects with no interactions between the immunotherpay and the herbal ingredients (4). The formulas are generally well tolerated by the people taking them with little to no side-effects recorded.
 
The volume of the formula is 500g (18oz) and the dose is 10g per day (0.35 oz). The 10g of ground herbs should be gently simmered in 250ml of water (1 cup) for 10 minutes then left to sit and cool. Once cooled drain off the perpared liquid into a cup and drink. There is no need to consume the residual powder if you don't wish. You may add honey or other sweeteners to improve the flavour if you like.
The easist way to get 1 cup of water to simmer is to boil water in a kettle and add 1 cup of just boiled water to a pot that is already on the heat and hot, once the water is added reduce the heat to the lowest setting and add the herbs keeping the lid off - if your water continues to boil take the pot off the stove and let the water and herbs sit overnight with the lid on.
Another method is to add 250 ml (1 cup) of boiled water to a thermos, add the 10g (0.35 oz) to the water and swirl until well incorporated, pur on the lid and let sit overnight. Strain and drink the following morning.
